The Man Behind the Table

I spent twenty years working kitchens across Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm, and somewhere along the way I realized the food was never really the point. The people around the table were.

Singapore was supposed to be a stop. Then it became home. There’s something about this city — the way people here live for a good meal — that reminded me exactly why I do this. Norse & Co. is everything I’ve learned, every kitchen I’ve worked, every meal that mattered, all in one place.

Come as you are. There’s always a seat for you.

About Us

Forged in the North, made to be shared.

Norse & Co. was born from a simple belief — that the oldest food traditions in the world deserve a seat at the modern table.

We bring the Nordic kitchen to Singapore in its most honest form. Fire-smoked meats, wild-caught seafood, handcrafted pantry goods and recipes passed down through generations of Nordic cooks who never once compromised on flavour. Every dish we serve carries a story — of coastlines, of cold winters, of people who knew how to make something extraordinary out of what the land and sea gave them.

This is not a theme. This is a tradition. And we’ve carried it across the world to share it with you.

Menu

What's on the Table

Every dish at Norse & Co. starts with one question — what did the land and sea give us today? Our menu is built on Nordic tradition, seasonal ingredients and the kind of cooking that doesn’t need to hide behind complexity. Bold flavours, honest origins, nothing wasted.

This is the food Finn grew up with — and now it’s yours.

What Our Guests Say

Rated 4.5 out of 5
"I didn't know what to expect walking into a Nordic restaurant in Singapore but Norse & Co. completely won me over. The smoked salmon was unlike anything I've had here — and the atmosphere made me feel like I was somewhere in northern Europe. Finn came to our table personally and that made the whole experience. Will be back, and bringing everyone I know."

"As someone who spent years in Scandinavia, I was skeptical. Nobody ever gets it right outside of Europe. Norse & Co. proved me wrong. The food is honest, the portions are generous and the space has a warmth that's hard to find in this city. This is now my go-to for anything worth celebrating."

"Came here for a birthday dinner and stayed three hours longer than planned. That says everything. The pantry section on the way out is dangerous — I left with four jars of things I didn't know I needed."

"The food is incredible but honestly what stays with you is the feeling. There's something about this place — the way it's designed, the way the staff treats you — that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your meal. In Singapore, that's rare."
