Wine Pairing Night
August 10, 2018
Good food is the foundation of genuine happiness. It’s even a greater joy when paired with wine. Knowing that, Viking Steakhouse has organised a Wine Pairing event, so that guests can enjoy one of the greatest dining experiences in life.
To make the night a more fruitful one, Viking Steakhouse has also invited a special guest, Ryan Cheng to host the dinner together. Ryan is a certified sommelier who is very experienced in pairing wine to different kinds of dishes. And that night, Ryan was going to share his knowledge on how the characteristics of each wine could balance up the components of each dish served for the night. So, guests would not only walk back with a happy tummy, they would also bring back food and wine pairing tips.
